As a Head of Profit Protection, It has been a pleasure to be a member of ECR Retail Loss workshop’s since 2018, with my first being the informative and intuitive sessions on Self Checkout.  I now enjoy being apart of this industry leading group whose rich passion is to bring worldwide collaborative working with retail, academics and manufacturers to solve industry total loss problems. You will often see blogs of my ‘Take 5’ reflections following working groups and seminars to give peers and practitioners some food for thought on what they have seen or heard. I am also founder and consultant of my own Profit Protection company and share similar passions to the ECR Retail Loss Group in solving total loss issues for retailers with great process, systems or equipment.
