Description

Body Worn Cameras V2.0

Over the last five or so years, our retailer working group have reviewed results from many retailers on the positive impact of body worn cameras in retail, especially improved safety and reduced store incidents, when worn by third party security guards and store associates.

However, several concerns have emerged from those retailers who are now into their second and third years of deployment, notably usage rates, compliance, governance, functionality and the limitations of the technology itself.

In this session, we will hear from retailers and how they have partnered with their vendors to develop and deploy a V2.0 body worn camera that addresses these concerns while improving functionality, reliability and wearability, along with greater systems integration of voice and video, including two way connections with their remote monitoring operations / Security Operations Centres (SOCs)

Expect to learn in this meeting about the latest ways some retailers on the leading edge of BWC deployment are thinking about body worn cameras and the improvements / results they are delivering and what they have in mind for V3.0!

This meeting is for retailers, CPG's and academics only
