In the meeting they will share the scope of their work, the strategies and policy changes they have implemented and their approaches to solving for the problems of Returns Fraud, Dark Web Monitoring, Professional Refunding, Customer Recharging Processes and Photo Scam Identification Processes

The group will then discuss the presentation, agree the learning points and share back their own updates.
