The use cases for central and remote monitoring capabilities are bound only by our imagination. Many of these use cases can deliver tangible benefits to the bottom line, that can help the investment in technology and the team pay back in six months. For example, a reduction in trip & fall claims, lower insurance premiums, fewer fines for blocked exits, remote investigations, fewer keyholder call outs, integrated alarm systems, etc.

In our annual update, we will hear from the retailers in the group, and learn about their most recent innovations and new use cases, especially those use cases that go beyond security, people counting to provide data on shopper conversion, improved store compliance that improves shopper experience, etc.
