Christmas represents a peak in demand and for many retailers the difference between a good year and a really great year. In this meeting, we will explore how retailers and CPG's will manage and plan for on-shelf availability during this peak period exploring the extent to which they will prioritise higher inventory levels, manage shelf capacity challenges, shorten replenishment times, plan for more store labour hours and involve their CPG partners.

The session will start with retailer presentations, which leads into a round table discussion on what retailers, start, stop, how they organise and how they clear up the excesses after the season. This meeting is for retailers, CPG's and academics only.
