Engaging store leaders and associates in the fight against food waste is one of the key pillars of a successful strategy to reducing food waste in the store.

In previous meetings, we have heard retailers share their thinking in this space, including the appointment of food waste champions in the store, the promotion of regular campaigns and ongoing training on the relevance of the problem and how they can play their part.

In this meeting, we will hear from retailers in the working group sharing their latest initiatives and successes. The group will then discuss the key learning points.
