Organisers:

Description

Our previous research (click here) has confirmed that 60% of inventory records, using the binary definition, are wrong, and that when "trued up" both negative and positive variances generate a sales uplift, of up to 11%. Click here for this research
In this meeting, learn about new research from the academic team, not yet published, on the different methods that retailers can and do adopt to define accuracy, beyond just the binary, its either an exact match or not.
Learn also about the very different overall management approaches retailers are adopting to tackle the problem and the presentation of a maturity model framework that retailers can use back in their business to discuss the choices appropriate for their business in tackling the inventory record inaccuracy problem.#
Following the presentation of the research, retailers will share back their comments, ideas and thoughts on how they might be able to act on findings in their own business.
This meeting is for retailers, CPG's and academics only.
