Description

OSA - How do retailers engage store associates?

Based on ECR research, the OSA in the quartile of stores with the least engaged associates is circa 20% lower than the average of the other three quartiles. If those store associates were to become more engaged, it follows that OSA could be improved by 20%.

How then do retailers engage store associates to support improved OSA? What does it take? More intelligence to associates on the shelf gaps via systems? More time to manage the shelves and back room inventory? Incentive schemes on Stock Record Accuracy? More training?

In this session, we will hear from retailers and their approaches to winning the hearts and minds of store associates to help support improved OSA

This meeting is for retailers, brand owners and academics only.
