In the third working group meeting of the year, the agenda and discussion will include updates on pandemic related topics, including returns quarantines, an update on the true cost of returns model and the ECR E-commerce Innovation Challenge, plus a discussion on a new research proposal on forecasting returns. The meeting is for retailers, academics and brand owners only, there is no cost to join.
